Care plans
Looked after, every month
The monthly care plan covers hosting, updates, backups, uptime checks and small changes. No long contract: cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Hosting and security: fast hosting, a security certificate (the padlock) and software kept up to date.
- Backups and checks: regular backups, and we're alerted if your site goes down.
- Small changes: new prices, opening hours, photos or a short new section, usually done within two working days.
- A short monthly note: what we did and anything worth knowing.
Questions people ask
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, the content, design and domain are yours. If you ever leave, we'll hand everything over.
How long does it take?
Most sites are ready to go live within two to three weeks of us having your words and photos. We'll give you a date in your quote.
I don't have words or photos. Is that a problem?
Not at all. On Website Plus we write the words with you. On Starter we'll send a short questionnaire and shape your answers into the pages. We can suggest good stock photos too.
Can you take over my existing website?
Often, yes, or we can rebuild it so it's faster and easier to update. Send us the link and we'll tell you honestly what makes sense.
Do I need a domain name?
If you have one, we'll use it. If not, we'll help you choose and register one in your name.
How do payments work?
Half when you accept the quote, half when you've approved the finished site and before it goes live. The care plan starts the month after launch, paid monthly by card.
