Deposit and kick-off
Accept online and pay half by card. You get your private project page straight away.
Words and photos
Upload what you have, or answer a few questions and we'll write it with you.
Design
We show you the look and the homepage first. Comment, ask for changes, approve.
Build and check
We build it, then test it properly: phones and computers, speed, broken links, accessibility, spelling.
Your review
Click through the finished site on a private preview link. Two rounds of changes are included.
Launch
Pay the balance and we put it live on your domain, connect Google and set up backups.
For AI tools
The same idea, with more testing. We map how the job is done today, agree what the tool should do and when it should hand over to you, build it, and test it on real examples before it goes near a customer. Then we run it with you for a trial period before it's fully live, and check it every month after.
Quality, every time
Nothing reaches you until it has passed our checks. We'd rather tell you something will take an extra day than send you something half-finished.
